My name is Michael Lawler. As a father of two young children, the cook of the house and a Business Owner I get that nutrition can be time consuming, confusing, hard to follow and quite possibly expensive.
I founded Eat Me Nutrition in Brisbane in 2010 to help people, just like you, find real, practical and easy to follow advice. I don’t believe in the latest fad diet or products, and I won’t constantly upsell you things you don’t need. I believe that many clinical and most lifestyle conditions are improved by balancing healthy nutrition with an active life.
If you need something easy to follow that’s practical & real my team and I can help you. If you want something fancier with gourmet foods, individualised evidence based supplementation and advanced meal plans, we can help you.

Based in Brisbane, our Accredited Practicing Dietitians all live an active and healthy lifestyle and we all love to cook! We believe that many clinical and most lifestyle conditions are improved by balancing healthy nutrition with an active life.
Your face to face sessions will include a combination of meal planning, behavioural counselling and health coaching to provide you with the knowledge, tools and awareness you need to turn your current lifestyle into a healthier one.
By committing to regular sessions you will gain the ongoing support you need to maintain these changes through the easy times as well as challenging times until you find it easy to stick to something that works for you.
We promise to let you have treats, and because we all love to cook we want to make sure that you enjoy delicious food everyday too, no matter your cooking skills.
