I love showing people how healthy food can be easy to prepare, taste amazing and be fun at the same time! Cooking sessions are something of a “Passion” here at Eat Me Nutrition and are a strong focus in helping you to be healthier, happier and feel better.
Sometimes it’s not the knowledge of what to eat that holds us back, rather the skills to make the healthy food more varied, more tasty and more consistent in our life. If that’s you, then book a one on one with me and I’ll show you how to make your personal nutrition goals comes to life.
Food intolerances can be really hard. Often you are given a list of do’s and do nots but converting this into real food, tasty meals and something that works in your life can be tough. Let me show you what it can look like. From gluten free to histamine intolerance I’ve got your back.
I have an amazing kitchen facility at Spring Hill with everything we need to bring your meal plan to life. I’ll give you a list of foods to buy on the way in or for a fee can organise a Woolworths Delivery to the clinic before your cooking sessions.
Most cooking sessions are 1-2 hours and 100% individualised to your needs.
